✨Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All payments must be made in advance to confirm a session.
• Payments may be made via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or other RBI-regulated gateways.
• Payment gateways handle your credentials under their own terms. Myndfulness Labs is not responsible for declines, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or gateway failures.
• Confirmation of booking is contingent upon successful payment.
• Session fees are determined based on the qualifications and experience of the practitioner, and may vary across experts.

• 24 hours' notice: Sessions cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before the start time are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: Cancellations or reschedules requested within 24 hours of the session start time will not be refunded and may be charged in full.
• No-shows: If a client does not join the session within the first 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, it will be treated as a completed session. No refunds or reschedules will be provided.

If an Expert or Myndfulness Labs cancels a session, the client may:

• Reschedule at no extra cost, or
• Request a full refund to the original mode of payment.

• Clients may request to reschedule a session more than 2 hours before the start time, subject to practitioner availability.
• Requests made less than 2 hours before the start time will not usually be accommodated.
• If an Expert reschedules, clients may either accept the new time or request a refund.

• Platform-side issues (e.g., server downtime, payment not processed, Expert unable to connect): Clients are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.
• Client-side issues (e.g., poor internet, device failure): Such cases are not normally refundable, though rescheduling may be offered at the Expert's discretion.

• Packages/combo plans must be used within their validity period (usually one year).
• Unused sessions beyond the validity period are non-refundable.
• If an Expert becomes unavailable, we will assign another qualified professional or adjust bookings. Fee differences will be settled accordingly.
• Combo plans are non-refundable once started, though clients may request to switch to another Expert by paying any price differential.

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event: Full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days: Non-refundable, but transferable to another eligible participant with prior approval.
• If Myndfulness Labs cancels the event: A full refund will be issued.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
• Timelines may vary depending on the client's bank/payment provider.

The following are strictly non-refundable once purchased:

• Completed sessions or consultations.
• Digital products, self-help tools, or downloadable resources.
• Subscription/combo plans once usage has begun.

Refunds may be considered in special cases such as:

• Verified duplicate payments.
• Documented medical emergencies.
• Other exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Myndfulness Labs.
